Job Title: QA / Software Test Engineer

Who We Are 

MASTER PLUS HR is a specialized Human Resources Management company. On behalf of one of our clients, an IT company, we are seeking a QA / Software Test Engineer. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design and execute test plans, test cases and test scenarios 

• Perform manual and/or automated testing 

• Identify, document and track software defects 

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality standards 

• Participate in requirement analysis and acceptance criteria definition 

• Support UAT processes 

Required Qualifications: 

• Degree in IT or related field 

• English: C1 

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in software testing 

• Knowledge of testing methodologies and tools 

• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills 

• Ability to work in agile environments
