On behalf of one of our clients, an IT company, we are seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Digital Transformation Leader. 

Key Responsibilities:  

Drive cultural change and build digital capability to deliver innovative business models and processes: 

• Shape and deliver a digital strategy 

• Develop awareness and education to improve digital capability 

• Demonstrate the benefits of digital transformation implementation 

• Advice and support on “digital by design” approach 

• Lead cultural change required to facilitate digital strategy 

• Lead and mobilize key organization influencers to implement digital transformation. 

Required Qualifications:  

• Successful training/education by a competent institute, in relevant subject 

• English: C1 

• Business change management, business plan development, governance, innovation, architecture design 

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a clear communication style 

• Working in an international/multicultural environment 

• Minimum 3 years in digital transformation projects, minimum 1 year leading, preferably in public administration and/or chemical industries.
